Intentional Guidance

Creating something new provides us with a healthy dose of exciting and scary feelings. Starting a business, building a brand, content creation, launching a fresh campaign, and any beginning endeavor that puts our creative and intentional offerings out into the universe is similar to a birthing process. 

We birth ideas.
We create—with our hearts, our minds, our souls and bodies—we make things.

​What if we allowed new ideas to simmer without feeling the need to implement right away?​

What if we put all the pressures aside and took the time to create with intention and soul-purposed alignment? Welcoming wonder and overthrowing fear. 

When stepping into the creative process of building the brand and business of our heart’s desire, we must ask: 

What is my why?

Some of us may know the answer immediately, while others may need to linger with the question. Reminding ourselves to not rush an answer if it isn’t coming from a place of truth. 

Being able to have clarity and a connection to the why of what you are doing, offering, building, creating is the solid foundation for growth. ​

Supporting and guiding others through challenges, creative / energy blocks, and brand identity is my joyful journey.
