· An introduction of cacao, where it comes from, its earth based qualities and the intention for using it. Guided with a short visualization.
· A hands-on ritual of lymphatic touch to release what isn’t needed - a cleansing of ‘home’
· 1:1 intuitive guidance + practices to dive deeper into your own intuition journey
We will gather around the theme ‘Coming Home.’
As the Earth turns toward winter, we too are invited inward — to slow down, to listen, to return to the heart.
Home isn’t always a place. Sometimes it’s a feeling — of belonging, of safety, of deep exhale.
